I'm speechless at the comment written by "Jeffrey K. Ferranco" - which, of course, isn't even his real name. An obvious case of personal internet defamation here - simply attacking a poor small business owner (by name) who's been runing a hugely successful business for over 30 years. It's unfortunate you 'allegedly' had a poor experience. But of course, all the neighborhood customers (and there are literally thousands in the area) who come back month after month - know your accusations are completely unfounded. It's obvious in your comments that you never bought anything from this small shop, and you just have a personal axe to grind for some reason. Get a life. And shame on this site for allowing these kinds of completely unfounded comments to live on. But of course, sites like these exist just to extort honest, hard-working people.
