Falcon alarms inc Called us and told us that our current alarm company was no longer in business, then told us that they (falcon alarms) were taking over our account. This was an outright lie. They have no listed phone number and the monitoring company"monitronic"has one idea where the company is. They even left a voicemail stating the above.. I've kept it!! See you in court! We have never told customers these things.  I would like to hear the recording to see who the sales rep was.  I have had another person contact me saying that we called him.  When we looked into the customer complaint.  We found out that the sales rep worked for another Monitronics dealer.  We called the number he left and it went to the other dealer.  I have been in the industry for over 28 years, and I don't put up with a sales person that lies to a customer.  Security is very important and there is never a reason to lie about it!  I would love the opportunity to discuss this with the person that put the report on here.
