 On June 6th, I submitted my credit card information to purchase a Combat Controller's Beret, CCT Decal, and a 3XL Sweatshirt. By August 18th, I had still not received anything that I ordered, yet I had email traffic that stated in was in the mail, I will ship it soon, and working it. The Benjamin Foundation and the Fallen Hero's Bracelets Website and Non-Profit is a SCAM and only interested in taking money and delivering false promises. Michael Friedmann states that he "usually delivers" in 7 to 14 days, but there are many Rip Off Reports and customer comments that suggest that Michael Friedmann lies and strings you along with no product to show for your sales order. Avoid spending or donating any money to the Fallen Hero Bracelet / The Benjamin Foundation; less you support thieves and scam artist who do not support our military members or their best interest. I am now $85.75 poorer from dealing with this rip off organization that does not deliver its products ever.

I order a Military Beret, Sweatshirt, and decal on June 6th, 2017:

 

Per Michaels statement made in the email I received today; Michael Friedmann states it takes 7 to 14 days to process the order - so 14 days from June 6th take it to June 20th, then 3 to 6 weeks for the work - we'll go with 6 weeks or 42 days, which now takes this to August 1st, 2017 - oh, and now we are here on the 29th of August and still no order or any proactive emails from the seller with status updates or any partial shipments of already procured items.  Michael "claimed in an earlier response he had the CCT beret Crest already and was waiting on the Beret - really?  The real crock of &^%$# with this website and lack of customer service email updates or delivery is the stated Terms and Conditions on his website that are in line with bad customer service and the inclination to deal with poor customer service as the norm. 

 

Unfortunately, Mr. Friedmann does not understand the Bill of Rights - Freedom of Speach where we as Americans can excercise our "opinions" to the quality of services that Mr. Friedmann represents with his non-profit / retail business that fails to deliver to its' own criteria. 

It would seem that a retail business should carry stock in what is sells, not piece mill each order which fails to deliver the product in a timely fashion, and the consumer / buyer is always right in true customer service.

Where is my savings for not getting my purchase in the stated time frame below?  What is the consumer to think when the seller does not send emails proactively to assert their intent to fullfil the order - but repeatedly send replies with execuses.

Below is an example of the level of customer service one can expect on an order now 84 days or 12 weeks from the original date - 3 months and yet no product!  I guess I was supposed to wait for this by Christmas?

 

As far as suing me, the trademark infringement would be the Rip Off Report website for posting a weblink picture without Michael Friedmann's express approval - so make sure you get your facts straight.  $2.5 million is really not that much money for a defamation lawsuit - and your lawyers will end up getting one third of it if you manage to win - meaning convince a jury that your business is in the right - and I will make sure every customer in websites database is subpeonaed, as well as gather written testimony from the 100+ Rip Off Reports citing poor customer service and non-delivery for Fallen Hero Bracelets.

I just wanted to let you know that your order will be in the mail shortly. Orders have a 7 to 14 day processing time frame and shirts have a 3 to 6 week lead time. Scarlet berets also are ordered and sometimes they take a little while.

 

Now to the real issue. You are a lying snake. I was just made aware of your defamatory comments made online. We will be suing you for trademark infringement, tortuous interference and defamation in the amount of $2.5 million. We look forward to you defending yourself against your false statements. Have a nice day.

I have yet to hear an update on this order, if you are unable to send this order out this week, then please issue a refund for the full amount back to my Visa Card.  I think waiting since June 6th is far too long.

 

I really needed the Combat Controller Beret, as I lost mine in Afghanistan during a medievac from our FOB.  I understand you are a one man show, but this much too long to wait.
