This is the worst health care company to deal with!!
I had one bill for $63 which they never paid for months & months - then they tell me time has elapsed within which they would pay bill! This is after being told "don't worry, it will be taken care of".
I guess taken care of means string insured along until the window of time is up. Then had to file a claim and go through an appeals process to request my $63.00 doctor bill to be paid. CAN YOU SEE WHY INSURANCE COSTS ARE SO HIGHT? It costs more in time, labor, research and phone calls than the actual bill!!
Guess what - I have another bill which never needs to be paid and they said "don't worry about it". You know the rest of the story!
