Falls church Motors is a big rip off. They are buying cars from insurance auctions and then reselling them four or fives times more the price. In July, 2014 I purchased a 2002 Infinti Q 45 for falls church Motors. When I went in they were really nice and they told me all about the free big gift. Which was the gift of GOD and all of this crazy stuff which I beleived at the time.
When I decided to purchase the vehicle, I sat down with one lady who I thought was finance and we discussed the price of the vehicle, Gap insurance and the extra protection insurance. The vehicle price went from 14,999 to 21, 999 reporting on my credit report. Well we started to have problems with the car and every time we took the car in for service we had to pay 100.00. We also had to pay about 500.00 for another service that was provided. However, the transmission began to slip in the car. We took it back and they Dave and the owners son began to tell us what we had to pay to get it fixed. I was like what happened to the warranty or the extra insurance plan that is suppose to cover the power train. They came up with all of these lies and excuses.
Meanwhile, we had an accident with the car. The car was a total loss. Once the insurance company paid 8900.00 I cantacted Falls Chruch Motors about the GAP insurance they told me we dont have GAP insurance. I told Dave I know that I signed papers for GAP insurance. We gues what they switched the document. The one that I signed had GAP insurance and the copy that they gave me does not have GAP insurance. These people are frauds so now they are coming after me for 3712 from car credit nation. They changed their name because they have been getting sued left and right for selling lemons.
Please do not buy a car from these people and lets shut this place down. Everybody try to use GOD as thier witness when it comes to selling or making money. The God that I know doesnt get over on people he helps people.
