Family Credit Counseling Corp Family Credit takes my money then goes bankrupt. Coral Springs Florida

 Famil Credit Counseling was bad from day one, received welcome letter 12/2005 then they were hit with Hurricane at my sign up time and finally received the same welcome letter May 2006. They relocated from Lauderdale Lakes FL to Coral Springs FL.

Was late 1-2 months on every payment. I was hit with major late fees. Would not reply or return msg until 4-5 times of trying to reach someone. They had no reason to tell why always so late with making payments.

Then October  14, 2008 received letter from American Debt Counseling stating they are now taking over all Family Credity Counseling accounts because they went bankrupt right after they took everyone's payments and did not pay my creditors.

I tried and tried to get ahold of somebody with FCC and constant run around.

Happen to run across this website and saw another report that someone had commented on same company and same problem as I encountered. Now wondering if anyone out there has any information with this situation.
