Family Credit Counseling Corporation They take your money right on time, but they don't send it out that way Lauderdale Lakes Florida

I have been with this debt management organization for several years & feel fortunate that most of my debt has been repaid, but lately, I noticed that they were not making timely payments. As of today, August 13, 2008, they still have not disbursed my payments from June, 2008. I gave them ample opportunity to correct the problem & finally filed a complaint with the southeast Florida BBB, the Florida Attorney General, I contacted the AADMO, I filed a complaint with the FTC, and the IL Dept of Financial & Professional Regulation & the IL Attorney General's office. I was immediately contacted by the Florida Attorney General's office, so the FL AG & the BBB are not ignoring the problem as some other people have stated. My complaint with the BBB (via email) was forwarded to the investigator at the Florida Attorney General's office on the same day I sent it. If you are a victim of this company, complain to the BBB and the more information the AG's office can gather on this business, the better chance we have that action will be taken against them. The AG is aware that this company has already had one class action lawsuit against them for the same thing.

All I asked for is that my payments be made & in the agreed upon turnaround time. They are operating so far behind at this point, I am surprised that they are even answering their phones. I am taking every measure possible to insure that they never get another dime from me, but I urge everyone who is in the same situation with this company to take action.
