I wanted to respond to the person in Marion, Illinois. I am also a former Family Dollar manager. I have my notice of the court actions. The letter is from Gordon, Silberman, Wiggins & Childs. The telephone number listed for further information is 1-888-622-2755. I would also like to get some information, but I was afraid to sign the consent because I was still employed at the time. Let me know how it works out for you.
