My husband and i went to family first because of a flyer we got in the mail. We told them we had thought about letting our house go and buying a contract for deed. We have been told that either way it affects your credit the same way.

From there we were told to short sale is better and they could post pone our sherrifs sale date anx they had realtors tgat specialized with contract for deeds. So we signed up. We had the date postponed and tgat is all they did for us!!! Come to find out later there was a no need to postpone ut at all.

We met with the realtor put our house on the market and it never sold and she had no clue what a contrafir deed was or how to even search fir them. She had no idea she was going to help us find a new houein the first place. We ended up moving and we found someone else to help find a new place but they still iwe us money.

I have called both patrick m sutton and family first, they both agree i should get a refund but neither one will give it.

It us so horrible that people like this even exist. As if its not bad enough oyr income has droppwby 40,000 over the past 4 years. They have to pay ome prey on the weak and take what little money we have left. Good thing i believe in karma.
