Family Handyman sent a book 2013 handyman that wasn't orderd.I didn't pay+was told it would be turned over to a collection agency. lehigh vally pennsylvania

I recieved a book from Family Handyman I didn't order.
I called them and told I didn't order it,and wasn't paying for it,told them thanks for the book. I was then told they would turn it over it over to their collection agency. I told them to go for it for the sum of$30.98?
