A third line was set up on my account but my daughter couldnt get Verizon to unlock her phone so she could Family Mobile. Famiky mobile ported her phone no. over but because Verizon wouldnt unlock her phone she could not use Family Mobiles service. My daughtwr cancelled within 2 days of setting up the 3rd line. Family Mobile charged my accouny 30.00 for a 2 day service that couldn't even be used. Even worse than being billed for service she didnt use, the "customer relation" dept. who handles all billing issues can only by contacted by E-mail. There answer is final and there is no way to state your case on the phone with any decision maker regarding billing, only e-mail back and forth. This is not the proper way a company should handle billing issues. Family Mobile does not even care that I will be cancelling my account with 2 lines over this matter. This is the worst cust.serv.
