I sent in a package certificate for Cocoa Beach Fla.
I also called several times no response only and anserwing system. No one ever answers. I finally got a call from Brad on Fri Aug 20th. Has ?'s about my trip please call him. I tried several times that dday and the next few days, I have still not heard back from anyone there.
I recieved papers in the mail. The papers tell me I need to pay $150.00 for 1/2 extension fee ?what's that 1/2 early travel fee? for within 3 days of the 45 days. Plus $75.00 for one extra day. The extra day I ask for because they cheated us out of another package bonus. Hidden inside said had to be used within 30days, was not told that at time of purchase. Also said that I have to have an income of 50,000.00 to go to this destination and visit a time share tour. No mention of any of this at the time of purchase.
They are desperately trying to keep from honoring the package deal we paid for.
