Famous Amos ripoff to empoyees, offesive, no service, curses in front of kids Jacksonville Florida

I had a recent visit to Famous Amos with my family and as soon as we were seated, our waitress (Phylis) was at the table behind use using very offensive curse words and took atleast 15 minutes just to come over and get a drink order. My son even asked me what a N*G*ER was. I didnt know how to respond to him plus being embarrassed about this sudden blurt from him.

She then come back 10 minutes later with the drinks(25 minutes total) and left again to tend to the table behind us using words like F*CK, SH*T, A**HOLE, and N*GG*R. We waited then come over 10 minutes later to take our order(35 minutes) after that we waited 30 minutes for our food to finally arrive( 1hour 5min total) with only 3 other tables occupied in the whole resturaunt.

Never got a refill and waited 30 more minutes for our ticket. We spent about an hour and 35 minutes for cold food, empty glasses and a son who learned a new word that is NOT tolerated in our family. I left no tip and told the cashier about the incident and was told,"yeah it happens quite a bit!" i was stunned. Never will i take my family there again nor should you unless you want a new word to be taught to your child.
