Placed an order on November 30, 2016 via company website www.fanauthentics.com for a 3D LED Sports Logo Light in the amount of $39.95 - there was never an order acknowledgment or shipping iinformation given and despite companies advertised open 24/7/365 and a unconditional money back guarantee they never respond.  We have called, left voicemails, sent messages on their website as well as Facebook site with no response.  The funds were imediately withdrawn from my bank account.  Reported scam company to Face book also Reporting company to FCC and Attorney General.  After much research it appears that they never send orders, this is a fraudulent company.  Their website also states its secured by McAfee however this is not true either, clicked on the logo and it states that www.fanauthentics.com is NOT certified.. working with bank to have Visa investigate and recoop my funds.
