Fancy Cutz LLC Landscaping Services Having To Pay Again Bridgeville Delaware
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Contract fulfilled, Something for Nothing
Dissatisfied with the work they did and the condition that they left our property in. In its present condition the area that they had done work detracts from the overall appearance of the property. Putting the house up for sale without having the appearance restored will have an adverse financial effect therefore another company has to be hired at additional expense to us in order to protect those interests. The additional expense that must now be incurred would not be necessary if they had only addressed the issues that had been brought to their attention and taken the appropriate corrective steps.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Contract fulfilled, Something for Nothing
AUTHOR: Fancy Cutz LLC - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, March 30, 2017
We completed the work as described for the client. The client requested that water removed faster from his DITCH. Yes, a ditch. We did several borings per the contract/proposal. We even upgraded to large gravel at no additional charge as the soil type was a lot/mostly clay. Additionally, when this development was made homeowners were permitted to change there grade and contour of their property. Unfortunately the grade on both sides of the client drawn towards him. AND the customer had had another contractor place a woven plastic cover in the ditch and cover with driveway stone CR 57, preventing drainage. We also shared this with him. After the work was completed the homeowner paid his bill in full BUT threatened if we did not do additional work at a price HE wanted to pay, he would use social media to post negative feedback. Sadly he did follow through. We highly encourage future clients to contact us, read our reviews, and watch our customer testimonials. We serve over 500 clients so please do some quick research.
