Fanduel is a rippoff i had several accounts which i guess they dont want people to have more then one account but i had ten bucks in all my accounts they took it upon themselves to close my accounts and take my money. I contacted them by chat which is the only way to talk to them which is stupid as hell. they kept 100 dollare of my money they said they sent it back but i never go it. i even waited 2 weeks extra then chatted with zack who told me again they sent the money already. i told him i spoke with my bank and they need a number to contact someone at fanduel to resolve the matter. he then told me it was too late to call. mind you it was 2:30pm. i could not believe it. Do Not Play Fanduel They Steal Your Money. i am taking them to court

use artificial means, including creating multiple user accounts, to inflate your position and standing with the FanDuel leader boards and community;
The above quoted is from the web site Term of Service. If you could prove your intention of creating multiple user accounts to not 'inflate' your position and standing, you may have a chance of winning what you are trying to sue (but I doubt).
I could understand that you did NOT read the ToS, but playing dumb and act like you do not know that they would not allow this to happen is unexcusable. Any gambling business owners usually know better to block any abuse from gamblers in any way. Multiple accounts for one person is one type of abuse and they will never let this happen. It is a common sense...
