Fantasy Limousines rude, disgusting, filthy, rip-off Raleigh North Carolina

I hired Fantasy Limousine to provide me with a limo for a Valentine's Day surprise for my girlfriend. The limo was supposed to have champagne for the two of us. The limo was to pick me up and then pick up my girlfriend. Once the limo arrived (40 min late) I had to sign the contract before I got in. The driver then had to go to the gas station to get fuel and ice for the warm bottle of champagne they provided.

On the way to the station I looked around inside and noticed all of the glasses were dirty (used with champagne left in them) and there was still an empty bottle of champagne in the chiller. I then looked into every glass to see if there were at least two that we could use and in that search a dirty contraceptive was found in one of the glasses. I quickly told the driver I was not satisfied and wanted a refund and I will not use his service. We then had to call the owner.

The owner was very rude and said to me multiple times that they are not a restaurant and do not have to have clean glasses. He refused to refund my money because it was within 24 hours of the service reservation. I then agreed to use the service at a later date so I could use the service I paid for.

It has now come to my attention that I will not be available to use the limo on the date agreed upon and called to cancel (far before the 24hour time frame). He still refuses to refund my money and is still very rude throughout the entire process.
