Faq900.comZZ Aka Saq900.com rip-off! They charged me for something I didn't do. Internet

I noticed on my phone bill that I was charged forty dollars for something I didn't ask for or was even made aware of! The charge appeared under the name FAQ900.comZZ. I called this company and they told me a month ago on 6-16-04 at 11:00am that I downloaded their software, had been given a username and password and authorized $20 a minute (using their service for 2 minutes).

After going to their website, not only had i never visited there in my life, but i couldn't even find any software offered there for the sum of $20 a minute. And if I were to use a program, i'd probably be longer than 2 minutes. I am the only member in my household even home at 11am and this just didn't make any sense. So i called the company, as well as SBC and blocked future charges from this company. I am told that SBC doesnt collect for 3rd parties and that FAQ will have to pursue me on their own, which they probably will not, knowing they run a phony operation.
