FARA Workers Compensation FARA WC breaching level of care by denying medical procedures Mandeville Louisiana

I have been involed with denials of medical procedures and surgeries by FARA Workman's Comp. They have not reimbersed any money owed to me, and they are out of compliance according to federal laws. I have lost most of my savings, and my condition continues to worsen as they continue to deny my appeals. I have documented everything since the beginning of this.
