My husband purchased a jade bangle for me from www.fareastjade.com. When we received the bangle it did not look anything like the bangle that we purchased on the website. We emailed Anna and asked for the correct bangle to be sent. She said to mail it back and she would send the correct bangle.
We had to pay for the shipping when they are the ones that sent the wrong bangle in the first place. Shipping was $19.35 CDN. We should have known by this that Far East Jade.Com was a bad company. When we received the correct bangle, it was too large for my wrist. I emailed Anna again to let her know the problem and I asked if I sent it back could I get a refund.
She said yes she would refund the amount of the bangle $105 US and would refund the shipping that I had to pay to send it back, again, $19.35 CDN. The bangle was received on December 19th 2009, and Anna has not refunded the amount back on my husband's credit card, nor for the amount of shipping as promised via emails. I have called and left messages.
I have emailed constantly and Anna does not return phone calls or reply to my emails. She has flat out stolen my money and continues to ignore all aspects of communication. Do not purchase from this company they are crooks and thieves. They have received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.
