Purchased around $250 worth of products from farmhouse paints at a furniture show. Was given exact instructions of how to use the product so we gave it to our guys here to use on a piece of very expensive furniture for a customer. 

The products were used exactly as they were meant to be but they did not work. The owner that answers the phone has been very rude consistently and refuses to provide any explanation, refund, or replacement for this product. 

We are stuck with furniture that has been ruined and out the money we spent on this product.

When I call on the phone to ask about getting a refund or replacement the owner just laughs on the phone as if I've said something funny and hangs up on me. This is not the level of customer service you can expect to give running a company. 

Avoid this company there are alternatives out there, unfortunately I had to learn it the hard way. DONT make my mistake.
