I met with Farrell himself at the La Salon, he convinced me that by buying his hair units I would be very happy and satisified and that they would last approx 4-5yrs. He made it sound like I wouldnt need very much maintenance at all and that I could easily take them off and on. They were very expensive. My first appt was a disaster I should have known then. My hairdressor couldnt speak great English and they were horribly short staffed so she was under great stress to finish me quickly which made me stressed. She had to cut both units in and also show me how to apply the unit for the next time which she never did. She didnt do a good job ,not experienced,and mind you this is your hair we are talking about, you have to go home with it attached to your head.

I knew from the beginning that the front bang area was very scarce and that my scalp showed more than it should, it was almost a blonde streak. I had to go home like that and when I called and told them I needed more hair in frt they said to send it in. Well I never took off hair before so it was very stressful for me and even after watching video It still didnt show you everything you needed to know, I was on the phone with them for a hour. Well they replaced that hair and then when they finally did send it back which was 3wks later I was to send in the other unit for the same thing. Mind you each time I have to have someone cut it in. By the time I sent the other one in they wouldnt give me the hair add for free instead they charged me 350.00 without my knowing about it just because I had my card on file with them when I called them up furious they said their wasnt anything they could do and that I was over the time limit even though I had never wore the hair piece. I tried calling Farrell many, many times he wouldnt take my call then I emailed him and he never responded!!!! Needless to say Im out lots of money unsatisifed and hate my looks. If anyone feels like fighting them pls respond, I would luv to get my money back.

We performed countless hair additions, free new fronts and fine tuning at no cost for this person. Each time she came in to our location, she complained about everything. She was abusive, and yelled at all of our staff about everything, even the music. We finally asked her to go elsewhere but as she left she told us that she would destroy us on the internet. We would rather she left regardless of her threats.

Her complaints are fabricated. We work with reasonable people who will work with us in order to meet their esthetic needs. Whenever there is a problem with our hair systems we are able to fix the problem because we are hair system makers and we can fix anything. Our systems are rated the Best in the World but our work would never be good enough for this person.

I don't believe you read the above complaint very well.

The "hair addition" to the original piece cost $350 - not the entire hairpiece. At the time I went to Farrell, he was charging over $3000 for two pieces. I never received ANYTHING from him. ZERO.

If you were to buy a new car that came in with a dent and the dealer charged you to fix it, wouldn't you be upset? I would. Well that's what happened here. The replacement was defective and he charged to fix it.

Farrell Hair Replacement is THE WORST hair replacement company I have ever encountered.

You sound like a schill for Farrell. Farrell and his company is the biggest Rip-Off out there as illustrated by the other complaints on this website. There will be many more forthcoming.

Also, I should comment that Farrell has wound up closing salons in at least one city and has lowered his prices (still ridiculous) just to stay in business. I credit this website and the posters who were ripped off by Farrell for inflicting the economic hardship on Farrell that he has inflicted on so many people.

Thank you for clarifying what hair is. I'm sure many of us do not realize that "hair is attached on top of your head." Further, if you were so "stressed" from the very beginning, why did you continue through the ordeal? Why didn't you just cancel your appointment for that day and reschedule for a day when you would not be feeling so stressed? Your being stressed does not constitute a rip off. The company offered a product, and you willingly chose to accept this product. It sounds like you are having buyer's remorse now that you realize you spent $350 on fake hair, and that you don't like the look of fake hair after all. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason for qualifying for a refund. Perhaps you should have done a little more research before hopping into the stylist's chair for your fake-hair-do.
