I ordered roughly $300 worth of items from fashion nova In November of 2016 . I returned more than half of the items because they did not fit. I did read the terms and conditions, which informed that they will only issue store credit & store credit will be issued back within 5-7 business days. That is fine . I returned the items back the end of November. I received a small from fashion nova stating that one of the items did not belong to them ( I took a picture of the item from their Website and send it back in the email). I haven't heard back de them since that day. I've emailed And emailed and they are refusing to issue the store credit or refund . They are unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone speanding their hard earned money with this boutique. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
