Fashion to Figure Online order fraud, calls and emails not returned Nationwide

 This company took an online order, express shipping was paid, a "label printed" and then no more updates. I have emailed the company three times without response and called several times without an answer, during business hours. I did get to talk to UPS that said they never picked up the package and the package has never arrived at their facility. Today, I got a hold of someone after a week of trying. The person on the phone was extemely rude. They blamed UPS and said they lose their stuff all of the time. I am more inclined to think this FTF company woth abysmal customer service is to blame. I was told on the phone that I would have to wait for the package to show up somewhere to receive a refund. After the girl on the phone argued, she said she would issue a refund. So far the bank says no refund uas been issued. Do not shop at this store online. In the store or not at all. Still waiting on my $90 refund.
