 I ordered clothes from this website and it took 2 months for them to arrive. When they did, it was all cheaply made, the seams were falling apart and nothing resembled the images on the website. When I asked for a refund, someone emailed back asking for "photographic proof." After I provided them, it was three weeks until I heard from anyone. They offered a store credit refund and I refused that. I asked for a cash refund and again, I waited three weeks. When I complained again, a third employee said I had to wait for the refund process in a week. I told them I was tired of waiting and wanted the refund now, not "the following week." It's been two weeks since I've heard from this company and I still don't have my money back.
