On June 2012, I signed a 3 yrs agreement for our son to attend MMa classes. Monthly payments of $89.00 to be made. On August 2013, my husband and I approched Mr. Sebastian to explained that our financial situation has declined, our son did not want to attend classes anymore and my husband was scheduled for extensive back surgery on October 2013. My husband surgery recovery was esimated to be one year. Therefore we would not be able to continue with the classes. Mr Sebastian was very understanding and while padding my husband's right shoulder, Mr Sebastian instructed the person dehind the desk to hand me a form. "Don't worry man, I'll help you" Mr Sebastian told my husband while trying to convince my husband to "frezee" the agreement for 6 months. I signed the form and marked to end the the agreement. Our son last attended class on August 2013, but monthly withdraws continue until January 2014. I stopped payments thinking that the form I signed was enough. Next thing, I found myself in smalls court claims. Mr Sebastian not only wanted the reminding of the agreement but $3000.00 plus some dollars for interest, fees, etc. Then I realized my mistake was to trust Mr Sebastian. Also I did not to make a copy of the form I signed. Mr sebastian never provided such form to smalls claim court. On May 20th,  a stipulated settlement was made on the amount of $1665.48. First payment of 1000.00 due on May 31st then two more payments a month apart. Fisrt payment was cashed already. Do not trust this person, learn from my experience.

False and Misleading Claim

AUTHOR: FASI SPORTS - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, January 30, 2016

I wanted to provide the real truth to this false claim and accusations regarding the way our company deals with "Cancellation" and "Freeze Request."  As per the Terms and Agreement of our Membership Contract clearly states that Buyer's have right to cancel their contract if member becomes disable and not physically able to use the club, and if they are on disability for more than 3 months, in addition, if they have move over 50 miles away. If approve, they will just have to pay a small cancellation fee. If not, approve they will have to pay up to 80% of the remaining contract.

In regards, to the Freeze request we only allow up to 3-months of freeezing ones account which they wont be charged their monthly dues until its re-activated.  Once you are frozen, doesn't mean you were realease of your obligation to the whole contract.  It just meant, we are holding ones account until they are able to come back to train again and we placed the frozen months back towards the end of contract.  So, with that we did more than what we were supposed to for the complainant where we froze theri account up to 6-months and when we tried to reach out to them to work and help them out, they ignored, refused to answer all our calls, text and emails to communicate further regarding their account.

We had NO choice, but to forward their account to our 3rd party collection agency and my attorney to pursue further collection and it was forwarded to litigation.  Our case was heard in front of the judge and we were awarded a judgement gainst the client and so they were required to pay for what they owed and other restitutions.

I understand the frustrations on the client, but we at Fasi Sports provide top-notch service to our clients and continue to do so for over 11 years now and we are not in the business to "SCREW OVER" people.  We are in the business to help get people in shape and teach them Martial Arts.

We will maintain to provide quality service to our patrons and will focus on helping others to be healthy and strong and self-confident.

Again, we have been in business since 2005 and we are located inside the most popular fitness facility in Las Vegas (LVAC) and we wouldn't be in 2 of their locations if we are not an business entity.  So on behalf of my company, I hope that it cleared out any judgement that you may have that was rendered false and misleading by the complainant.  We only wish them good luck and good health.

Sincerely,

APOLLO SEBASTIAN
