Fast Auction Profit dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff Ripoff St. George Internet

I responded to an offer from Fast Auction Profit to receive a cd that would give information on how to sell on Ebay. The charge was for shipping and handling of $1.97. There was included a membership to a Clickbuilder website, for which I would be charged $49.95 if I did not cancel within 14 days.

First off, I didn't receive the cd (and it was only a cd, not a "kit" as they state in the ad) until AFTER the 14 day "free trial" had passed! How could I have cancelled within that time??? Secondly, there was no information about how to access the Clickbuilder website that was part of the membership benefit.

When I saw a charge of $49.95 on my PayPal account, I called to cancel. I asked that the charge be reversed on my account, since I did not have a trial period. I was told that the charge could not be credited, but that the membership would be cancelled, and there would be no further charges. But, the next month, another $49.95 charge appeared on my PayPal account. Lied to again!!

At this point, I don't know what other actions to take. I am open to suggestions!
