Very sketchy

1. Website does not mention who the attorney(s) are where the went to school or their qualifications. This is the first "law firm" website I have seen that does not list their attorney(s) and their qualifications (which is essentially the "product" they are selling). What are they hiding?

2. The business card for "H.G. Long" Attorney At Law does not list his/her Bar #. Upon searching the California State Bar website there is no "H.G. Long" listed as licensed to practice law in the State of California (see link below). There is only one licensed attorney with the last name of "Long" in the city of San Bernardino which is Alicia Marie Long bar #285888. Not "H.G."?

NOTE: I found John Mark Edward Bouzane bar #79804 at this address with active license now however has a VERY questionable past considering the bar association here in California almost NEVER takes action against attorneys proving an attorney broke the law is almost impossible they are experts trained to advise their clients how to get away with breaking the laws for him to have gotten caught he must either be incompetent, broke some many laws he got sloppy or made some enemies in Sacramento....

3. The business card for "H.G. Long" Attorney At Law does not list the business address or mailing address. If they were in the business of selling vaccuum cleaners door to door across the country out of a 1973 Ford Pinto I guess that would be fine. But a "law firm" that's primary business is evictions and unlawful detainer suits should have an address for defendants to mai them certified letters to. Since anyone being threatened by an attorney would be fool not to respond by certified mail with the pervasive amount of prosecuted perjury and fraud perpetrated by attorneys (as well as police officers and prosecutors) here in California where lying under oath is how you "win" and the norm for how business is conducted and many judges, nor the California Bar Association nor the California State Attorney Generals, past and present, seem to be complicit in the fraud and widespread perjury and subornation of perjury by failing hold attorneys (for plaintiffs or defendants), prosecutors or police officers accountable to the testimony under oath. But if a former President can get away with committing perjury, subornation of perjury and obstruction of justice, and if the President, Senators, Congressmen, judges, prosecutors, attorneys and police officers are above the law then I guess the laws no longer matter.

Any business would be wise to do some due diligence and ask alot of questions before doing business with this "law firm",

I have a friend that is a victim of this firm and needed help when they fraudulently served her a backdated eviction notice may need to get a list of victims together to file a complaint for misconduct with the California Bar Association. Please email me ASAP if wish to join class action lawsuit if can find a law firm to sue these guys.
