They didn't neccessarily rip us off. However they do lie. They first of all only look at your rent or house payment when they're telling you that you can afford something. They also make it seem like a great deal because it's only a three year loan....a three year loan that's more than my house payment. We also were told that as long as we make our payments on time we'd be able to refinance with lower interest rates. This is absolutely incorrect information. Since they mark up cars five or six thousand dollars they're not worth what you're paying and can't be refinanced. Do not believe that!! If you do not call them by 4 p.m. on the day your payment is due then they will call you at least 3 times a day leaving nasty voicemails.

If you try to speak with them and let them know that you're unable to make a payment they'll lecture you about your credit...which is obviously bad anyways if you've purchased a vehicle there...and then insist you try to find someone to help make the payment. Then they'll "follow up" the next day to see if you found someone...meaning they'll continue to call you and leave voicemails. If you try to tell them that no, you can't find help they will once again lecture you and then ask you to keep looking. You must make entire payment...they do not accept partial payments which can be very frustrating if you want to pay some but aren't able to pay it all. I wouldn't suggest this method of buying a car for anyone.
