This operation not only has lots of problems with customers, but they also are completely insensitive and unresponsive to neighbors.  Their business was started a few years ago in Mint Hill, NC amid lovely residential homes.  FGT seems to run heavy water continuously on their trees, which over time has flooded neighboring homes and yards, turning them into virtual swamps.

Complaints have been made to FGT but they are completely unresponsive.  They never return calls.  Just try it to see.  Their business number (704-545-1696) places your call in a queue and tells you that you are, for example #3, in line and that you have 4 minutes to wait.  Then a message tells you that you are #2 with about 1or 2 minutes to wait, and then before you become #1 or anyone answers, a message comes on and says that no can take your call and asks you to leave a number which they will call back shortly.  Guess what no call backs.  I would not be surprised if after the first call whcih they recognize, they put your # on a "do not answer" list.

Anyway, after all attempts to contact Robert Zboch, the owner and the company, Fast Growing Trees, have failed, the neighbors have been left with ruined property.  Mr Zboch when you read this, would you please have the decency to check into it and do the right thing by doing something to prevent the flow of waste water discharge onto your neighbors' property.

Just as you can, they can water 24 hours a day if they want to.

If there is a problem with drainage call your alderman or mayor or county to address the drainage issues.

Be carefull how much you complain though, the tree farm can easily sell to a factory or strip mall builder, the city will welcome the tax dollars, and you will wish the tree farm was back.
