On 7/8/2013 This company took $30.00 out of my checking account. I did not authorize this deduction nor have I had any dealings with this company.

I don't understand how this is so easily done. I also don't understand how this company is still operating with all the complaints against them.

I hope I don't have the misfortune as some of the other customers I have read about who have had several deductions taken over months of time.
