FastSpring is the merchant of record for thousands of software, SaaS and digital content providers around the world. Many of our sales, as in this particular case, are through annual subscriptions that auto-renew.

We understand that often people do not remember having signed up for a subscription. This customer was sent a reminder email on May 18, 2017 at 4:15 AM that the subscription was about to renew and be charged to their credit card. The FastSpring support team also sent an email on May 26, 2017 to the custotmer in response to their questions about the charge. This customer has since been refunded and their subscription canceled.
