did not do services agreed upon, was NOT the company hired, demanded money before they would unload, charged more than agreed, stole, broke, unprofessional  plugged my info into a site for a quote to move, was contacted by multiple moving companies.

Spoke to a sales person about the job and what would be required, he stated NO problem. got my quote and everything explained as to what and how i would be charged. the day of the move they called me at 5:45 and stated they would be there early this was an hour early. They refused to unhook my appliances, which was a BIG part of this 3 stop move. lots of appliances, sales person had stated that they were trained to do this. I spoke with the dispatch who basically told me it was my problem, I complianed about the sales person, he stated that the guy didnt even work for them ..he was a third party. I had to hire another person to come out and take care of the appliances this cost me an additional $200.00 2 hours into the move I got a call from another moving company... they stated that they would be to my home in just a few minutes. I told them they were already there ... they stated that father and sons had stolen my information by hacking into their computer. I was confused ... and the truck was half loaded.. the movers said it was possible that someone
on the inside had sold my job to another moving company. at that point I looked at their shirts which said NEIGHBORS MOVING. They told me they were owned by father and sons, I was called by all sons moving.

the truck being half full, me being exhausted didnt dwell on this and continued with the move. throughout the morning these guys used crude and crass language, hitting on me and my daughter etc.. very unprofessional and very inappropriate! once we got to the second stop I had an issue with my painter.. he wasnt done.. so we decided that
everything would have to just be moved into he garage. These guys had left my house at 10:30 and returned from lunch at noon. I said lets start moving these people told me that they needed payment NOW!!!!! or they couldnt unload. THIS was not what was discussed.. they had told me on the phone to have cash or a money order in the amount that was
quoted ($800.00) at my last stop. I didnt have the money! and it wasnt what was agreed upon! My father was here and saw my stress and anger and said he would go and get the money.. i sent my daughter to the bank so Id have the cash.. they were holding my belongings hostage!

I told my husband what was ging on and he called the company.. that conversation didnt go well and they refused to help. THEN the driver said he would call to get an estimate, I had no idea what he was taking about..at that point I didnt want them to go to any other stop ..everything just needed to be left at my house and I needed them out of there, but he then came back and told me he had bad news! the cost of my move had gone up from the $800.00 to $1100. and I had already paid a $100.00 deposit, they wanted $1100 cash, I was supposed to give them $700.00 cash or money order now their demand was asking for an additional $400.00 and until they got it they were not unloading their
truck (which didnt have any company name on it by the way, shame on me!!!!) some how my father negotiated with them and i handed over $900.00 cash, $200..00 more than agreed when looking at the invoice they added an additional, non-disclosed 18% surcharge, and the 2 hour min travel fee, that had been explained to me that this was not an
additional charge and I didnt need to worry about it because my move with all the stops was going to fulfill that min and them some!

i have since found many many broken items,as well as dirty and damaged items, and to top it off they stole my daughters brand new Xbox! I just filed a complaint with the police for this last night, the officer suggested that I file a civil suit against them I really dont know what happened or how exactly..i know that in a time of exhaustion and stress these
guys took advantage. My husband had told me to call the sheriff but I was trying to avoid conflict.  DONT use the internet for a QUOTE, and make sure you meet your movers and have your contract before moving day
