I am ashamed I fell victim to such a scam. I lost $98.00 to a company I happen to find by googling "free family law help". When you google "free family law help" this is first link that appears on google:

Free Family Law Help
www.MyChildCustody.org From Paternity to Divorce & Custody We Can Help You Now For Free

I realize nothing is for free, however I was in a desperate need for family law legal advice. I went to the website www.MyChildCustody.org and called the toll free number 1-877-858-1560. I spoke with a very girl by the name of Lynn who said I have come to the right place. However, when I stated how I find this site, I told her why is it they said they could help me for free? She didn't have any idea what I was talking about. She did tell me I would have UNLIMITED access to my case manger, legal assistance and an attorney as a free consultation. As soon as my credit card was charged, I received an email from someone from Father's Choice. the email read "Thank you for choosing Father's Choice. I had no idea what they were talking about. I called the 800 number because the number I called was for My Child Custody.org. They told me it was the right place. That "Father's" was referring to the Heavenly Father, not an advocate for "Father's". I finally got a call from my case manager Matthew Azouz. I later found my credit card was charged to Azouz Training Group, ironically, the same name of my "case manager". I spoke to Matthew (who was overly working me with his relationship with God and how he couldn't wait to go to church that night) and we discussed options for my case. He told me for another $875 they would take over and do all my paperwork. I told him I don't have the money, that I feel comfortable representing myself, I simply need some legal advice and support, which is what I was promised. He knocked down the $875 to $425 if I could come up with the money today. No thank you. I told him I had pressing issues and would like the free consultation I was promised. He told me an attorney would call me back and then handed the phone off to his "assistant". His assistant told me I would hear back from the attorney before 2:30pm. Never happened. I called the next day and spoke with Amber. I discussed how I had called three times and have not heard back from anyone. She told me she was told by Matthew I would not be needing their services. I told her I never said that and I was expecting a call back from an attorney. Amber told me she couldn't figure out why someone would say that because they have no attorney's at that location. They are not a legal firm. I knew right then and there I had been taken for $98.00. I never did hear back from my case manager Matthew Azouz - the same Azouz who charged my credit card. This is a HUGE scam and shame on them. Shame on me for not doing a background check. However, I relay this information to you so you don't fall victim in desperate times...This company has many different names, so be careful:

Considering with Compassion

AUTHOR: Considering With Compassion - (U.S.A.)

In any new venture or company there are wins and loses. As a company progresses it experiences teaches what works and what does not work. The underlying optimism is what keeps it going the belief that it is worthwhile and that it will work.

Any one with an idea such as the one upon which Father's Choice was built could only come from a person that knew a need much asked for could be fulfilled. And so this company opened with the intention to help as many as it could to mend the hurts suffered by families separated, most especially the children.

In every business, finding the solutions to making things work smoothly is a transition of trial and error, of perfecting, of much much time and effort and decision making. The pressure is overwhelming and immense.

The people that have lost their cases do not hurt alone; all the people involved feel it. The people working for this company have their hearts in what they do. The few that may not stay it could be that it is simply not the place for them. And other's that may have left have simply found that there place is somewhere else. Regardless of why, anyone who has left and has found reason to be angry or revengeful is within their right to do so no one knows what one personally experiences from their own unique perspective. And so comes the need to strike and at the expense of someone's reputation..

All of the people that have written about being ripped off in one way or another, I am sure feel that way. I do know it was not a deliberate intention. I do know that people that are in the fragile position that these families are in are already hurting, frustrating, some feel that they are in a hopeless situation, which is the most unempowering emotion a human being can experience.

And in feeling this way, whether it is true or not, blame placed on another is much easier. In some cases it may be warranted, in others it is not. Either way, the intention was always to help, to mend, to make it better as much as possible.

Now, the owner, Brian Azouz, is the bad guy. And others that became a part of this company to share in the dream of serving people in their own unique way are the bad guys. One could not have an idea such as the one that Father's Choice was founded upon without the deepest desire to make a positive change in people's lives. Mistakes that may have been made were not made because of lack of caring. All of us have times when we simply do not know what to do and make the best decision we can from where we are. Are we to be punished for that? Are our reputations to be slung through the mud for that? I have read where people want the most horrible experiences for him. How have we come so far from our true nature of compassion and understanding to condemning and damning.

If you worked for him and there is an issue, is it far better to understand that it takes two to tango and that there must be something spectacular waiting for you rather than stand in a place of hatred hurting yourself more than anyone else.

And for those that feel they were mistreated and not given the service they were told they would be provided. If you feel they can still help you ask them to they will. And if you feel that they cannot or just do not want to be involved they want to refund you. They are not trying to cheat you. And whatever it was that you wanted them to help you with it is never too late for something to happen that could change your situation but you have to believe that as long as you stay angry and blame you may never find that silver lining you want so very much. And what is the most important thing to you that the situation you wanted comes to be it can and will with your belief that it will.

Brian Azouz is a man that is as good as anyone else. We all do the best we can in moments when we have to make a decision. Sometimes putting yourself in someone else's shoes can give a different perspective. Have you every looked into Brian Azouz's eyes, or his heart. I met him once. He has a heart a vast one. Trial and error, trial and error. Experience teaches and I believe the best is yet to come for this company. In the midst of crisis expansion and greater things are born. There is greater potential than ever before for more people to be assisted supported and helped by the services offered by this company. Life causes change constantly, nothing is stagnant. The mastering of things comes from focusing on and success follows as a result. Something that adds value to this world will always succeed. And it is my wish that this company succeeds beyond what can even be imagined by anyone as yet.

I have no investment whatsoever in this company or anyone there. My opinion comes from wanting to live in a world of compassion and understanding for ourselves and each other. If one other person gets something of value out of this, I am appreciative for that. Appreciation, what a incredible thought and feeling, for if one can find one thing to appreciate about someone or something, it can change how you think, how you feel, and eventually change your life.
