FBK PRODUCTS LLC PUSH, DECEPTIVE AND CONFUSING PHONE SOLICITATION Boynton Beach Florida

I have purchased FBK's Fresh-N-Pro all natural cleaner in the past. It is marketed as an all natural, earth friendly cleaner. Since my house cleaner prefers cleaners without harsh chemicals, this is what I purchased for her to use.

The second time I tried to order this, the company said they no longer made it, and replaced it with Enza Power, an "all natural drain cleaner", which they assured me you could us as an all purpose cleaner too.

A month or so later, the company called me and said they were now making the Fresh-N-Pro again, and wanted to sell me some. The person on the line was very pushy, trying to sell me cases of it "at a greater discount". I finally gave in and only purchased 4 bottles, of course at a higher cost.

Then, a few weeks ago, the company called selling FBK Products Septic Warranty Program. I said more than once that I didn't want it, but they kept pushing and pushing. They assured me I would get a $50 gas card and a Walmart gift card to cover the application fee of $44.99. They have already charged my credit card, and I've received no confirmation I will get a gas card or Walmart card. I called the company to cancel this program, and was informed its a nonrefundable application fee. While I am fighting this, I just want to warn any other consumers about this company. Watch out for them! I will not do business with them anymore!!
