FBK Septic Products Engineer called and proceeded to high pressure me into accepting a 30 day supply of the new product to combat petroleum and fats in my septic tank, that is in toilet paper and foods. Ripoff Boynton Beach Florida

At around 8 p.m. 8/16/07 Thursday a man called my home phone, which has been on the do not call list since it was created. He stated he was an Engineer calling and proceeded to high pressure me into accepting a 30 day supply of the new product to combat petroleum and fats in my septic tank, which is in toilet paper and foods.

I right now have their product for 5 year supply purchased in 2005 and a 1 year supply from 2002 left, but this product is something that if I do not use the present condition will be backing up into my home in 7 - 8 months per this engineer. I explained that I did not want to purchase and that my sister just died on Tuesday and this was not a good time. He did not give up. I said, finally I would try for 30 days and then return before the 30 days.

A minute later shipping man called to state they needed a street address. I really got upset then as this was going too far. I told him I did not want anything sent and he then proceeded to high pressure just like the so called Engineer. I really got upset then and told him not to call here again, as he was wasting my time and explained that losing my sister recently I did not need this stress. He got angry with me, and said I had wasted his time! I told him not to call here ever again, as I am on the Do-Not Call List.

I am reporting them to the New York State Attorney General as this has gone far enough!
