Parents please warn your children and screen their mail carefully.  Just received a package of "Maximum Burn X-Treme" from FCM addressed directly to my 14 year old daughter.  She assured us she did not order it, and after grilling her, we believe her (she has no need for fat burning pills anyway).  Either FCM is sending this as yet another marketing SCAM, or they have corrupt employees getting paid based on number of packages shipped out the door.  Either way, they better stand by for serious trouble if they send my underage child anything else or try to bill me for this.  More to follow as necessary.  Makes you wonder when the FTC and/or other government agencies are going to put a stop to this.......  Food for thought!

..on how she as a 14 year old got a hold of your credit card?

If they sent ANYTHING...there was credit/debit card or bank account information submitted.

Rest assured if you have not yet...you WILL be charged for something..and it will probably be substantial and hard to cancel.

You can blame anyone you want..and lodge all the complaints against these companies you want. Anyone with half a brain knows any weight loss program is a complete scam.

But the real scam here may be that your child fraudulently used your credit card. I would look into that if I were you. None of these scam sites send out product unless someone authorized a payment from an account. They have no way of knowing who used the account..only that it is a valid account and the account information was submitted online by someone who obviously had all the correct account information. It is now in your hands to deal with whomever had access to your account info. The scam weight loss site is not going to care if it was your 14 year old daughter, or your cat. They don't "find" or "guess" this type of critical confidential personal information..someone with access to it has to hand enter it on the payment type submission page of the scam website.
