FCNB Usury And Decipt ripoff and dishonest business practices Beaverton-Portland Oregon

I paid a bill to FCNB after verifying the balance on their automated phone line. I received a bill for $35 as a late fee after the bill was paid in full. Although my bill states a $35 balance, when I called the company today, the balance on the automated system says $37. It is obvious this company uses deceiptful practices to extract money from consumers.

I was told by Spiege,l who has stopped doing business with FCNB that FCNB, has similarly overcharged thousands of Spiegel customers. An individual who had a 43 cent balance has been charged by FCNB for $70 in late fees. The 43 cent balance was added by FCNB after she paid a bill in full.

FCNB does not accept phone calls. They instruct consumers to write to its offices. This company should be shut down, and consumers should be rewarded damages. If you see the FCNB, do yourself a favor and avoid doing busines with this company.
