Hi i recently bought a Paypal prepaid mastercard at a 7-Eleven store...The card has no credit card number on the front of the card...on the front of the card it only has a sticker that says "STOP! To use this card, you must activate it,Visit Paypal.com/prepaid or call 1-866-753-6429"...So i went on paypal to activate it and they asked me to type the credit card number on the card...But there is no credit card number on the card to do so.
So i feel like this is a waisted card!!!..i loaded 20$ to this card when i bought it..When you look at the advertisement for this card on paypal there card on there site has a credit card number on there card and a government name by a person on there card..And there customer service rep is not replying back to my emails to give me the answers i need...I need you to help me get my refund for the card i bought..
the card cost $4.95 and i put 20$ on the card...I think i got really scammed!!!...I called the toll number on the card to get answers and a automated voice rep said type the credit card number on your card on the phone so we can identify you..But the card has no credit card number on the front!!!....I need you to help me get my refund sent to me via check in the mail.

Whoever posted this complaint is an absolute idiot. Peel the sticker off and you will see the card number.
I cant even believe someone exists in this world that wouldn't think to do that or even follow the instructions contained in the packaging or call the customer support number who would have told them to peel the sticker off.
Instead they came on here to whine and complain.

Yes thank you very much for your help..everything is taken care of...i will be getting my refund in 26 days in the mail via check...I just didnt see why they would make you take off the sticker on the card if it had so much information on it..and my card looked nothing like the paypal mastercard on the website..there credit card numbers were gold..So i thought my card didnt have a credit card number..But i called the customer rep service tho and everything is taken care of now...
