FDRS is a SCAM! I was with them for two years trying to complete their 18 month program. All I got was encouraging words and verbal support from Veronica, Kevin, Eddy and numerous other employees who promised to do and do but never did. I routinely faxed them all creditor correspondences but somehow they were always asking me to send it to them again. In the process, they took 18,000 dollars out of my bank account - 1,100 dollars at a time. At first, FDRS had me work with their legal team (CCDN) who did nothing but send me generic forms for me to fill out and submit to my local court house when creditors sued me. Of course, he forgot to tell me that each time I filed paperwork with the courts - I would have to pay 200 or more dollars. I lost all cases and got judgments; my wages were garnished and my bank accounts were cleared by the creditors. CCDN and FDRS insisted that I would get all of my money back pending a "Federal Law suit" they were "working on." Of Course this never happened. After numerous calls to CCDN - one of their people from the "legal team" (Tracy) told us to settle with one of the creditors at the rate of $750 a month and of course I was to continue paying FDRS as well. After a year of this, I couldn't do it any longer and I called Tracy from CCDN. He was finally kind enough to tell me to get out of the program and to file bankruptcy. He encouraged me to google - Mark Cella so that I could see who I was working with. He also called Mark Cella a "crook." I was with them for 2 years and I am finally getting relief from bankruptcy. However, I am not done with them. I need to find a way to get them to return my money but most importantly, to get the right officials to stop them and put them behind bars. I believe that there are many many people out there who have been hurt by them. There has to be a way to unite and conquer. I have have a very thick file with all correspondences from them - internet and US mail that I will produce.

CCDN..........Scammers.....Tracey Webster.....scammer

AUTHOR: Hanging On - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 18, 2009

Finally people are speaking out!!!

Yes, I too have been there & done that, just like you.

CCDN & every one of "their" marketers are scamming people through this program. It's all lies, well, the larger portion of it is. How thoughful of Tracey Webster to direct you to bankruptcy, given the fact that this program is their alternative to bankruptcy. What a guy! Please don't lose sight of the fact that Tracey is a HUGE part of this scam. Although he has probably led you to believe the blame falls with FDRS. It's a team effort and it all leads back to CCDN & CAF.

CCDN has their marketer's (FDRS & many, many others) sign you up. Feed you a garble of lies, mislead you for months, which turn into years. During which time you fend off debt collectors and acquire lawsuits against you. While they sit back and tell you their taking care of things. "All is well", "you did good", "these things take time", "everything will be over soon", "we would never do anything to cause you harm"....until you really get stressed out and finally demand to hear the truth. Then you get the sorted truth.

Basically, they've done nothing. There are no Federal Lawsuits filed. If they were a legitimate business, the minute you received a summons they would have advised you to seek legal council and/or negotiate with the bank before the judgment was finalized. They know at that point, that there will be no Federal Lawsuit, but they do not tell you that because they are not a legitimate business.

There will never be any lawsuit filed with respect to your credit report, although you might be led to believe that based on the letters you have been sending out. Not gonna happen, nor is it legal for them to collect those fees up front, because they are not a legitimate business.

I could go on for hours, but I won't. This is a scam. And how it works is simple. They sell this program through their marketers, who pass it over to CCDN, the "support team". They play the game with you for awhile, you experience deeper hardship, and they "expect" the end result to be bankruptcy. (Which sadly appears to be the end result for most people I have spoken to). How sweet that is for them, their client base just continues to drop off into dispair while replenishing itself through the marketing team. Your so exhausted and worn down by the whole experience that you just disappear. Then they just start all over again with a new group of victims. If that doesn't make you angry, it should.

I hate to admit it, but it's "almost" the perfect scam. Very well thought out, definately premeditated. Im quite certain they sit around and laugh at our expense. If that doesn't make you angry, it should.

I'd like to see my money back as well, but that hasn't happened. I've been in this program for over 2 years. Good luck to you, I wish you well. Just remember that FDRS is already in trouble BUT they are not the central hub for "all" that's happened to you. CCDN is the servicer, which has done nothing but mislead you & take your money via FDRS and sucked the life out of your future. All while blaming it on FDRS, claiming no accountablility because you have probably heard or read some horror stories about FDRS and their playing you. FDRS was not my marketer, it was R&G Marketing. There are many other's marketing this program in addition to FDRS, and the end result is still the same....CCDN is the connection to the alleged "network of attorney's" that they have sold you on, so it's not just FDRS that had screwed you. CCDN has actually taken a much larger part in it. Robert Lock should lose his license, if he hasn't already.

I know it's doesn't sound like much but you need to file a BBB report on both CCDN & FDRS (which has several). Another report you might consider is with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, www.ic3.gov. Check your local or even Federal Attorney General, shooting a note off there might get attention due to the state of the economy. Don't forget to mention all of their extensions for marketing the program also. Most bugs can still walk after losing one leg.

Scary as it all sounds, you are accountable for having gotten involved with them, and feeling the pain I'm certain.......BUT, can you live life knowing that you just let them get away with it????? I'll either see my money returned or their program exposed and eliminated. Which ever comes first, doesn't matter to me....
