Fed Ex Ground is the worst service that I have ever seen. They will not deliver your package unless you are home. My driver arrives around 8:10am. I told Fed Ex that I don't get up until after 10:00am. They will not work with you at all. After the 3rd attempt, they will send package back to the sender. I will never use their sorry service again. UPS, USPS, and DHL does a much better job delivering packages, as well as providing customer servive.
