I was a client of FDRS just under 2 years. I faithfully held my end of the contract by paying every month while they neglected every aspect of their end. Nothing they promised has ever materialized.

The company promises debt elimination and advises you to stop paying your bills. They claim to have a legal team that will help you if you ever need a lawyer/get sued. When you do get sued they lead you on and never produce any documents to fight your lawsuit but keep promising to do so.

FDRS employees are rude & argue you when you ask them questions about the progress of your case or how they are defending your case as they claim they are. They consistently blow you off. They take your money then treat you like you have no right to demand services from them, which they promised in the first place. They never show any proof of any work completed on your behalf by them. They lock you out of online access to your "account" then say nothing is wrong with the account.

They are committing fraud which they claim to be fighting against and they lie to you during every conversation. Months that went by should have been spent by them and their alleged legal team preparing a defense for my lawsuit, but I believe deliberately, were not.  They refuse to resolve any disputes between clients and themselves and regularly have complaints filed against them in attempts to reclaim monies paid.
