SEO Reputation Management at its best!

Federal Funding Program charged $19.97 to access their website which promised to provide applications for free federal grants. Once paid, I was never granted authorization to access the site.

Through the home page, I contacted them multiple times informing them that I was unsuccessful at getting authorization. They never responded.
