Communications Publishing - Stephen Young Purchased mail order, but no product received. Check was cashed New York
*Author of original report: Communications Publishing
Received mail order offer for book called "America's Secret Cash Giveaways" that allegedly outlined various government loans/grants. Check cashed, product not received. Too late I released this was another con artist tactic, but they should be stopped like the others.

The back of the check has a telephone# of 212 591 0289. When I called I got a female voice recording to leave a message. Name of company not mentioned on voice mail.
Did a search in NY directory and found Communications Publishing at 255 5th Avenue, NY (different address than on mail fraud publicatoin) It listed a phone # of 212 340 1038. When I called voice recording did say name of company and mentioned the "book" in question and also stated if consumers were waiting for a charge card refund it could take up to 3 months!!!! Longest time ever heard of. Thank goodness, I did not send my credit card #. I am looking into reporting this as this is mail fraud.
