Federal Grant Deparment Human and House Services FREE GOVERMENT GRANTS FRAUD..!! Washington District of Columbia

I have being avoiding this phone call from a caller with a Indian voice that says i have being selected for a FREE GOVERMENT GRANT which i do not have to pay back. I avoided it for weeks. Finally i decided to hear them out a few minutes until they ask for money. So i did. They had most of my personal information except banck accounts and SSN and apt #. They didnt ask for anything right away, they explain how the choosing came about, something about being regional, and good credit(which i dont have),how i have being paying my bills for the past 12 months(which i havent), no criminal record, something something , etc. (red flags went up). Then Jenny (so she said in a very very thick Indian accent) told me to call this number 202-657-5868, gave me aproval ID number and to speak TO and ONLY with Mike as soon as when the phonecall was over or when convenient to me. Did i mention it was from the Federal Grant Department from Washington DC,  and something to do with The Human and House Services (which are bogus). Jenny (yeah right.!) had said that i could get the money via Cash, Money Order, Any major credit card (visa, etc.) or a checking or saving account and Western Union. Mike (BS) was gonna help me out with all of this.... So i gave it some time, spoke with my wife about it (like always she is right) and she said to me look it up on the web check a few things and then well see... so i did!... and i found many, many reports dating back to 2008 up until December 2013. Now a little bug in my head said to call either way and i did, by then 3 hours had passed and guess what,  the numbers were busy and then all of the sudden completely dead ends. Soo.. to finish this report. DO NOT BUY INTO ANY OF THIS FREE GRANT FRAUD .!! If the Goverment does give you any Free Money (which they dont) when they do its in the way of a Certified Goverment Check in the mail with a certified stamp. (i.e tax return check).
