Federal Loan Modification Law Center, Loan Modification Center Charged me $1495. to lower my loan and interest, in 3 months no results, no call returns Irvine California

This company opromised to get me lower payment & interest. They charged $1,495.00 and I paid them via bank debit. The mortgage company is sending me foreclosure notices and I have heard nothing in three months as to whether or not my modification has been or will be approved. They promised to refund money if not approved. My concern is the foreclosure notice and when I call and fax and e-mail them, I am getting no responses from them, no return calls. I have no 1495.00 to give away, it could have at least been put on my deliquent house payments, they told me to pay them and the arear house payments would be put in back of loan repayment schedule.
