federal trustee services mortgage claims center Defective Securitization and Forensic Audit Internet

On 3/9/11 I paid Federal Trustee Service $3,500 for a forensic and securitization audit for my home.  I've contacted FTS over 10 times in the recent months to request a refund as the documents that were prepared by the auditor was incorrect and signed UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE FOREGOING IS TRUE AND CORRECT TO HIS/HER KNOWLEDGE. The forensic audit states the the Creditor Lend America Did NOT fail when it came to 6-L and 6-M Banking Laws and in fact they Did and were closed down by HUD because of this violation along with others.  I am unable to use this document that I paid to be 100% true.  I request that an investigation be done on this company and a Full Refund to my Chase Account ASAP.  I will contact more agency(ies) to help other consumers from being rip offed by Federal Trustee Services.
