Fedex Custom Critical cheating owner operators and putting out of business Green , Ohio

My wife and I spent just over 5 years at this company as owner operators and got put out of service because they lied to a customer and wanted us to lie also.  This last year was getting real bad at Fedex Custom Critical.  They were forcing owners to run at such reduced rates that would not even cover the cost to run the load and if you did not accept the load they would put you out of service and make you just sit without any freight offers.  So much for non forced dispatched.  We also had a contract guaranteeing us a percentage of the load and that seem to not matter also.  They would pay you what they wanted and not abide by the contract that they set in place.  We caught them many times in this situation.  We had been put out of service almost monthly for refusing to run freight at a loss and also for just not wanting to take a load into a bad area were they had no freight. We were put out of service just about every time we did them a favor on a load also.  What happened to the best company that ever was in 2006-2010?

I am sorry but I will never lie to a customer about anything. They are trusting us to take care of millions of dollars of product and will hold me liable for any problems.  I don't care how big the company is you don't tell a customer that something can be done that is impossible. This is the thanks you get when you give up 97.5% of your year running for them, they put you out of service.

I feel bad for so many other couples that came to this company looking to have a great chance and lost everything. Just remember that God will handle all the wrong that they have been doing out of greed and they too will feel the judgement someday. People do matter and without the owner operator they will loose even more customers than they already have lost.  White Glove service is special and not all companies can provide it and now custom critical is joining the rest of the groups that don't have the people to do that service.

Thanks to all the people who developed Fedex Custom Critical originally and we miss those days in the past when the customer and the owner operator did matter.
