I would like to share my unprofessional Fedex driver experience to all of you.  Simple advise just becareful and be watchful when it comes to important mails.  This is becoming normal routine  Fedex drivers delivering important deliveries to wrong addresses.  This all started when we were expecting important documents (Titles) from the Auction.  After a month our company followed up with the Titles Department in the Auction.  What revealed to us was astounding.  Auction provided us with the above tracking number confirming the delivery which was supposed to be delivered to us a month back.  What actually happened our respected Fedex driver, whom I salute, if you know what i mean, delivered our important documents at a different address without even confirming first Company's Name and then Physical Address.  Bottom line Fedex failed to retrieve important delivery of Titles just because of Fedex unqualified and unprofessional driver.

What i suggest to Fedex Management only if they are ready to take suggestions, first they should check whether they are hiring qualified drivers for the job or not?  Whether their drivers have normal IQ level or not?  If I were a driver I would first confirm Company's Name and Address matches with the package before delivering any assigned delivery.   To make a story short, we lost all titles and there is nothing that Fedex can do.  I advise to every one to be extra careful when it comes to Fedex.  This is only to share my ordeal with you guys and I am sure I am not the only one who went through this uninvited overheads in the shape of ordering duplication of titles.  And that cost money.

In the end I got a suggestion for Fedex Management, please have proper training to your drivers before you put them on the job.  It is a common sense not a rocket science.  Just to be on the safe side Fedex drivers should have receivers driver License number as an authentic ID NOT sham name or signature.  Sham names and initials won't take anyone to any anywhere. It would be hard to know which person actually receive the package.  Once again it is just a suggestion and it is up to Fedex management to decide how to safeguard their name and business and also at the same time client businesses and corporations important deliveries.
