FedEX Avoid to take responsibility by changing time Fedex Nationwide

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Fedex was supposed to deliver my package by Mar 12, 2008 by 4:30 PM according to the website tracking.
Fedex tried to deliver it around 5:30 PM when I was not in the house.
And then Fedex changed the estimated delivery time from 4:30 to 7:00 on the website to avoid to take responsibility for late delivery.
They lied to me that they haven't change the estimated delivery time.

FedEx gives you an ESTIMATED time of delivery, and last I checked, 5:30p was between the times of 4:30p and 7:00p. This isn't a ripoff at all.
